Biography

Elizabeth lives her passion by significantly contributing to the success and satisfaction of her clients as a Senior Executive Advisor and Career Coach. She is located in Northern New Jersey. She has also served as Chief Talent Executive for several major NY/multinational corporations, most recently at a non-profit New York-based health insurance company whose mission is to serve the underserved.

She has over 25 years of internal corporate and external consulting experience where she has guided the leadership capability and effectiveness of individual executives and teams. Her experience ranges across multiple industries, from financial services, pharmaceuticals, health insurance, utilities, manufacturing and biotech through media and journalism.

She has served as a senior corporate leader at J.P. Morgan Chase, General Electric, Public Service Electricity and Gas, and Healthfirst

Her key strength is in identifying and solving the human condition issues that get in the way of executive and business success. Her track record to date is 100% success, with leaders across multiple industries who have made small and big changes, with impact, as a result of her executive perspective and strong coaching skills and experience.

Her specialty is with business leaders in transition… those who either are preparing for the next senior level job /next professional chapter or those who have derailed, usually due to a very solvable issue, once analyzed and worked through. She also specializes in coaching C-Suite female Business Leaders.

Elizabeth holds an undergraduate degree from Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio, and a Graduate degree in Organizational Development and Psychology from Columbia University. 

In addition, Elizabeth has worked for the past 20 years with professional partners who make a difference in the lives of non-profits.
